Am Foto ist es sehr ersichtlich das die Dame länger Haare hat als ich und der Preis ist dort angeben mit Euro 69,00! Normalerweise gehört das Geld zurückerstattet! Erkundigt euch zwei mal bei einer Aktion nicht das dann noch Extras kommen die ihr bezahlen müsst! I was sent a photo with the campaign instead of 110 jz only 69.00 and I have to pay more again. The bill is too long! In the photo it is very clear that the lady has longer hair than me and the price is stated there as Euro 69.00! Usually the money is refundable! Do not inquire twice about an action that there are extras that you have to pay for!

Nach dem Besuchl bei euch war es wunderschön. In 3 Jahre war ich 4 x bei euch und beim letzten Mal habe ich leider nichts bemerkt. Ich habe euch auch bei der Mutter meiner Arbeitskollegin empfohlen, sie hat es sich auch machen lassen und war auch sehr enttäuscht und hat nichts bemerkt nach dem ersten Mal waschen. Habe der Frisörin gesagt das ich eine Balayage möchte, stattdessen wurden mir Oberkopfsträhnen gemacht von dem sie davor nichts gesagt hat! Das Endergebnis war eine Mischung aus gelben, blauen und grünen Strähnen gemischt mit Balken! Außerdem war der Schnitt schief. Die Frisörin war bei mir zu Hause. Das Waschen (obwohl ich es mir selber mit meinem Shampoo und meinem Wasser gewaschen habe) wurde mir verrechnet. Von meinem Geld das ich zurück verlangt habe bekam ich natürlich nichts. Laut CHEFIN war die Leistung gut und sie würde keine blauen Strähnen sehen! Eine sehr freche und unprofessionelle Chefin die mir bei meinem Anliegen nicht einmal richtig zuhören wollte stattdessen belächelte sie mich. Die Leistung lässt sich auf den Bildern sehen! THE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HAIRDRESSER IN LINZ !!! The end result was a mix of yellow, blue and green strands mixed with bars! In addition, the cut was crooked. The hairdresser was at my house. The washing (although I washed it myself with my shampoo and water) was charged to me. Of course, I didn't get any of the money I asked for back. According to the CHEFIN, the performance was good and she wouldn't see any blue streaks! Sie hat mir wunderschöne Augenbrauen tattoowiert, die wie ich finde, super zu meinem Gesicht passen! Hatte das Glück, nicht den vollen Preis zu zahlen da ich innerhalb einer Aktion da war. Wobei ich sagen muss dass auch der "Normalpreis" völlig gerechtfertigt und nicht zu teuer ist. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt! Man bekommt sogar ein kleines Döschen mit der Pflege mit, die man danach benötigt! Das ist für mich ein großer Pluspunkt! Denn das ist von insgesamt 5 verschiedenen Salons in denen ich bis jetzt war, der einzige, bei dem man die Pflege nicht extra danach in der Apotheke kaufen muss!
