Sie gehen genau auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse ein und maßschneidern dazu ein Programm, das gut umsetzbar ist. Es macht Spaß mit den Mädls zu trainieren :)
 Very professional and personable team. Lena and Amanda's motivation is contagious - that makes it a lot easier to consistently pursue your own goals. They respond precisely to the individual needs and tailor a program that is easy to implement. It's fun to train with the girls :)
