M	Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Juni 2020 eine Jeans um 150 € gekauft. Nach sporadischem Tragen (vielleicht 7x angehabt) lösen sich im April 2021 an beiden hinteren Taschen die Nähte. Ich reklamiere das, die Hose kommt zum Schneider. Da freute ich mich noch, dass hier repariert und nicht ein Gutschein ausgegeben und die Ware weggeschmissen wird. Bei Abholung sehe ich, dass nur eine Tasche gerichtet wurde, und lasse die Hose daher dort, nicht ohne mich vielmals für die Umstände zu entschuldigen und zu bedanken. Wenige Tage später erreicht mich ein Anruf: Die offenen Nähte seien Abnutzungserscheinungen, ich hätte beim ersten Mal nur eine Seite reklamiert, die man dann auf Kulanz übernommen hätte, die zweite Seite habe ich jetzt selbst zu richten. Ich weiß zwar nicht, was ich dafür kann, dass Sie und Ihr Schneider nicht aufpassen, ich weiß nur, dass ich von einer 150 €-Jeans erwarte, dass sie auch nach dem 200. Waschgang noch genauso aussieht wie davor. Ansonsten lohnt es sich einfach nicht. Jede 20 €-Hose vom H&M hält länger! Bei dieser Behandlung nie wieder. Update: Die in der Antwort unten versprochene Nachbesserung wurde nie durchgeführt. Begründung: keine. Bought a pair of jeans for € 150 in June 2020. After being worn sporadically (maybe worn 7 times), the seams on both back pockets will loosen in April 2021. I complain, the trousers come to the tailor. I was still happy that repairs were made here and not given out a voucher and thrown away the goods. When I pick it up, I see that only one bag has been straightened, so I leave the trousers there, not without apologizing and thanking you very much for the inconvenience. A few days later I received a call: The open seams were signs of wear, the first time I would only have complained about one side, which would then have been accepted as goodwill, I now have to straighten the second side myself. I don't know what I can do for you and your tailor not being careful, all I know is that I expect a pair of € 150 jeans to look exactly the same even after the 200th wash as they did before. Otherwise it's just not worth it. Every € 20 pair of trousers from H&M lasts longer! Never again with this treatment. Update: The improvement promised in the answer below was never carried out.
