Die Verlegequalität ist sehr schlecht, ungleiche höhen überall das man schön hängen bleibt und den Boden beschädigt wenn man Schuhe an hat. Im anderen Raum lösst sich die erste schicht auf. 3 Mal angerufen und an 2 verschiedenen Email Adressen die Reklamation angegeben mit Fotos usw. gesendet. Keine Antwort nichts bekommen. Dann öfters angerufen und der Servicedame die Namen genennt wo die Email weiter geschickt wurde aber es kamm trotzdem keine Antwort! Fazit: Ein Jahr alten Boden rausgerissen und einen anderen Hersteller den Auftrag gegeben wo es aktuell noch keine Probleme gibt!
Have our apartment laid in 3 rooms by this company. The installation quality is very bad, uneven heights everywhere that you get stuck and damage the floor when you have shoes on. The first layer dissolves in the other room. Called 3 times and sent the complaint with photos etc. to 2 different email addresses. No answer got nothing. Then called several times and the service lady gave the names where the email was sent on, but there was still no answer! Conclusion: Torn out a year-old floor and placed the order with another manufacturer where there are currently no problems!
