★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch nicht zu erreichen in der Bürozeit, lief nur ein Anrufbeantworter. Rückruf kam per Handy am späten Nachmittag. Zum vereinbarten Termin kam keiner, es wurde nicht angerufen und bis jetzt hat sich keiner gemeldet. So geht Dienstleitung bestimmt nicht. Sehr schlechtes Benehmen.
Not reachable by phone during office hours, only an answering machine was running. Callback came by mobile phone in the late afternoon. Nobody came by the appointed date, no phone call was made and so far nobody has answered. So service is certainly not. Very bad behavior.
