Als mein Viessmann Brennwertgerät mit Fehlermeldung kurz vor Wochenende den Dienst verweigerte, wurde ich von der Herstellerzentrale mit einem Termin in frühestens 1 Woche vertröstet, und auch andere Viessmann Spezialisten hatten keine Zeit. Frau Fischer hat mir nach 1 Stunde einen Mitarbeiter organisiert, der in kurzer Zeit den Fehler lokalisiert hatte. Das Ersatzteil wurde dann am Montag sauber eingebaut – die Familie kann wieder baden! Friendly, fast, professional and fair prices! When my Viessmann condensing boiler refused to work shortly before the weekend with an error message, I was put off by the manufacturer's headquarters with an appointment in at least 1 week, and other Viessmann specialists also had no time. After 1 hour, Mrs. Fischer organized an employee for me who localized the error in a short time. The spare part was then neatly installed on Monday - the family can swim again!
