Für eine Reklamation verrechnet die Firma für 1 Stunde Arbeit und für 1 Stunde Fehlersuche die sich am Ende als falsch bewiesen hat 260€ Es wird der rückruf versprochen doch auch das ist verarsche da wartet man vergeblich drauf. H	Happy Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Servicemitarbeiter, aber die Firma hat von Heizungsinstallationen anscheinend leider keine Ahnung bzw. war die Geldgier und Kostenminimierung im Vordergrund. Hatte von Ihnen die komplette HLS Installation. Mehrere Unternehmen haben mir bestätigt, dass sie so eine dilletantische Arbeit noch nie gesehen haben. Eine Wärmepumpe als Warmwasserbereitstellung eingebaut, da man anscheinend die Pumpe zu schwach für das Haus ausgelegt hat und den Warmwasserboiler dann als Fußbodenheizung umfunktioniert. Dazu noch einen Elektro-Untertischspeicher als Unterstützung für die Heizung?- und so was nennt sich dann Niedrigenergie. Als ich den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen habe, hat er gesagt, dass man das so machen kann. Es ist nicht Usus, aber man kann es machen. ?Der Servicetechniker hat gesagt, dass ich nicht der einzige mit den Problemen bin. Leider haben die das nicht nur bei mir so eingebaut, sondern bei unseren Nachbarhäusern auch. Daher würde ich diese Firma für Neuinstallationen nicht einmal einem Feind empfehlen. Heute endlich das Klumpert ausgebaut, auf den Schrottplatz gebracht und nun was Gscheites von einer Fachfirma installieren lassen.
