Simply bottomless how customers are dealt with here. Also heard only negative from the circle of friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 2 Monaten immer noch keine Rückmeldung wegen eines Angebots, auf die hofliche Nachfrage bekomme ich als Antwort "kein Interesse, danke, wiederhören". Offenbar gibt es sowas wie Handwerkerehre nur mehr aus Erzählungen.
After 2 months there was still no response about an offer, the polite question answered "no interest, thank you, hear back". Apparently there is such a thing as artisan honor only from stories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin langjähriger Kunde der Pelzmann GmbH (neue Gas-Therme, neue Gasleitungen, regelmäßige Thermenwartung, ...) und hatte immer gute Erfahrungen. Freundlich, schnell und kundenorientiert! Ich traue mich sogar zu sagen, dass das einer der besten Handwerksbetriebe ist mit denen ich bis jetzt zusammengearbeitet habe. Sehr empfehlenswert!
I have been a customer of Pelzmann GmbH for many years (new gas thermal baths, new gas pipes, regular thermal bath maintenance, ...) and have always had good experiences. Friendly, quick and customer-oriented! I even dare to say that this is one of the best handicraft companies I've worked with so far. Highly recommended!

Herr Pelzmann und seine Leute arbeiten schnell, sind sehr zuverlässig, und finden auch für schwierige Probleme passende Lösungen. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
I have been a customer of Mr. Pelzmann for years (e.g. pellet heating, water and sewage pipes) and can only report the best. Mr. Pelzmann and his people work quickly, are very reliable and find suitable solutions even for difficult problems. I can fully recommend this company.

Verzögertes Angebot ist ja okay, aber danach ca. 3-4 Wochen lange nicht abheben und nicht zurückzurufen ist NICHT professionell. Wenn man jedoch mit einer "anderen" Nummer anruft, wird plötzlich abgehoben (und mit irgendwelche Ausreden geantwortet) - KOMSICH....
Deshalb kann ich das Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen, denn solch ein "Kunden" Umgang ist eine Frechheit!!
Unfortunately disappointed!
Delayed offer is okay, but then not picking up the phone for 3-4 weeks and not calling back is NOT professional. However, if you call with a "different" number, suddenly the phone is picked up (and answered with any excuses) - KOMSICH ....
Therefore I can not recommend the company, because such a "customer" treatment is a cheek!
