★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fun experience and staff was very friendly. It’s possible to do the escape scenarios in English. We did “The Opera” which had easy and a bit difficult puzzles to solve. Overall a fun experience and can definitely recommend going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As expected, the room we did (the opera) wasnt the hardest, but the story was nice and the riddles were awesome. The best part for us though, was the performance of the staff! They were not only friendly, but did try to really bring the story to life. We watched one of the employees give hints to another group currently doing a scary room and his voice was honestly scary as to not destroy the mood the room sets. Best escape the room place I've been to :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Escape Room experience I have ever had. Just a few minutes ago I left the room, the plot was unclear, a large part of the puzzles we managed to solve and not even clear how. . The operator was nice at first, but told us the room is ok for basic English speakers, and this is a lie . In addition, instead of letting us solve the puzzles in our time, he constantly erupted and gave us clues, obviously he wanted to end the day and go home (we arrived spontaneously at the last hour of the day). Afterwards we try to speak about the problems in the room but the operator didn't really pay attention.
Long story short - don't go to this room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great escaperoom. Nice new riddles, really fun and new tech. We did a few at other places but never did something this fun and original. Very nice staff as well, helpful and just friendly :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a teambuilding session, separated in 2 rooms and I can really recommend going there. The rooms were different to what I had known so far, because it is more like storytelling and getting into it this way rather than fulfilling mathematical exercises. I will go to the other rooms as well for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences we had in Vienna. 4 of us friends chose Hotel room 13 and it was really really cool. Well thought out and technologically advanced rooms. Staff were friendly. We had a great time escaping the Hotel room. And we did that with only one minute to spare! Highly recommended it.
