M	Mario Super on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich keinen Stern geben könnte, würde ich keinen Stern geben. Bin 4 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt hier hin, um Brille und Kontaktlinsen zu bestellen. Ok, geht alles schnell, hab mich schon gewundert. Ich hab sogar extra die Handynummer neu angegeben, um ja auch rechtzeitig Bescheid zu bekommen, ob alles da ist. Anderthalb Wochen vergehen, Urlaub rückt langsam näher. Ich gehe hin "ist doch alles schon da, das hätten Sie schon längst abholen können. Sie haben ja auch eine SMS bekommen" - ja, auf irgendeine alte Handynummer, die schon längst ersetzt wurde. Nicht auf die neue angegebene. Schaue nach - nur die Brille dabei. "Ja Kontaktlinsen wurden keine bestellt." Sie schaut auf den Zettel "ach upsiii der Kollege hats auf den Zettel geschrieben, aber vergessen am Computer ausfüllen. Kann man nichts machen ?‍♀️" OK. Zeit ist knapp. Also neu bestellt. Komme in die Filiale und mir wird gesagt "Ja also Ihre letzte Kontaktlinsen Bestellung wurde storniert. Kann ich Ihnen eine neue machen?" BITTE WAS. Ich fahre jetzt in den Urlaub auf einen anderen Kontinent und darf mir dort einen Optiker suchen der mir irgendwie schnell noch Kontaktlinsen macht. Danke für nichts, ehrlich. If I could not give a star, I would not give a star. I'm here 4 weeks before vacation to order glasses and contact lenses. Ok, everything goes fast, I've already wondered. I've even re-specified the mobile phone number to get in time to see if everything is there. One and a half weeks pass, holidays are slowly approaching. She looks at the note "oh upsiii the colleague has written on the note, but forgotten to fill in the computer. Can not do anything" OK. Time is short. So ordered again. Come to the store and I am told "Yes, so your last contact lens order has been canceled. Can I make you a new one?" PLEASE WHAT. I am now going on vacation to another continent and can look for an optician there who somehow quickly makes contact lenses for me. Thanks for nothing, honest.

Vielen Dank für die aufgewandte Zeit. Bei der Abholung der Brille habe ich mir dann gleich eine zweite bestellt. Frau Kröpfl stand mir, dann auch bei der Auswahl der Accessoires, mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich freue mich jetzt drauf, Fielmann Brillen zu tragen!! Vielen, lieben Dank!! She took the time to make sure that the glasses fitted correctly and that I was comfortable wearing them. Very polite and friendly and extremely competent. Highly recommended.
