Hallo ist das Geschäft offen oder zu? Angestelle äußerst unfreundlich wäre besser im Back office aufgehoben! So kann man ein Geschäft nicht führen, das geht gar nicht! I wanted to buy three reading glasses, but was sent away with the words go for another quarter of an hour for a walk! But then the next ones will come! Hello is the business open or closed? Employees extremely unfriendly would be better off in the back office! You can't run a business like that, it just doesn't work!

Die fachlich kompetente Kontrolle und nochmalige Vermessung meiner Sehkraft als auch sehr höfliche Beratung insbesondere die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist nicht selbstverständlich und trifft man nur in wenigen Geschäften an. Kann Optik Fessl nur zu 100% empfehlen!!! Basically I never give ratings, but with this purchase I felt that I was in good hands in all respects! The technically competent control and repeated measurement of my eyesight as well as very polite advice, especially the friendliness of the employees, is not a matter of course and can only be found in a few shops. Can only 100% recommend Optik Fessl !!!

Die Mitarbeiterin gab uns jedoch von Anfang an das Gefühl, dass sie genervt war (Von uns? Von dem Gutschein? Wie auch immer..). Sie sprach nur von Preisen und wir hatten das Gefühl sie möchte uns diese Aktion aus- oder schlechtreden. Angeblich hätte man mit den GS 2 Gleitsichtbrillen aus 240 Modellen aussuchen können - gesehen haben wir keine einzige. Wir sind auch ohne Kauf gegangen. Ich bin seit +30 Jahren Brillenträgerin, aber so unfreundlich und von oben herab wurde ich noch nirgends behandelt. Schade um die fast 100km hin und retour die wir für nichts und wieder nichts gefahren sind. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben, so enttäuschend empfand ich diesen Besuch!! Since I received a voucher via an online platform, I had a confirmed appointment for weeks. However, the employee gave us the feeling from the start that she was annoyed (from us? From the voucher? Whatever ..). She only talked about prices and we had the feeling that she would like to talk us out of this promotion or not. Allegedly, with the GS 2 varifocals you could have chosen from 240 models - we didn't see a single one. We went without buying either. I have been wearing glasses for +30 years, but nowhere have I been treated so unfriendly and from above. It's a shame about the almost 100km there and back that we drove for nothing and again nothing. If I could I would give it 0 stars, this visit was so disappointing!
