Ich komme in Zukunft sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Filiale und die netten Mitarbeiter wärmstens empfehlen! On May 5th I was advised and looked after in this branch by Ms. Gabriel extremely competently, friendly and patiently to my complete satisfaction. I would love to come back in the future and I can warmly recommend this branch and the nice staff!

Allerdings wurden 2019 neue Gläser einer umgebauten Brille verloren und zugesagt, dass dies bei Neukauf berücksichtigt wird, was nicht der Fall ist. Aufgrund der hohen Personalfluktuation in der Filiale war das damalige Personal nicht mehr anwesend, der damalige EDV-Eintrag war vorhanden, fand jedoch beim überwiegend deutschen Personal keine Beachtung. Somit macht die neue Brille der Mitbewerb ein paar Schritte weiter vorne und links. Dort war die Beratung, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top und die Sache in 20 min. erledigt. Very satisfied so far. However, in 2019 new lenses of modified glasses were lost and it was promised that this would be taken into account when buying new glasses, which is not the case. Due to the high staff turnover in the branch, the staff at that time were no longer present, the EDP entry at that time was available, but was not taken into account by the predominantly German staff. Thus, the competition takes the new glasses a few steps further ahead and to the left. There the advice, price / performance ratio was top and the matter was done in 20 minutes.

Frau Haas war wie immer sehr freundlich, außergewöhnlich kompetent und sehr geduldig mit unseren zappeligen Sprösslingen. In der Filiale herrscht eine sehr positive und freundliche Atmosphäre. My wife bought new glasses for herself and our two children (9 and 11 years old) a few weeks ago. As always, Ms. Haas was very friendly, exceptionally competent and very patient with our fidgety offspring. There is a very positive and friendly atmosphere in the branch.

Heute war ich zum Brille einrichten da - Mir wurde direkt die Brille sauber gemacht, die Brille sitzt wieder und die junge Dame hat direkt die Nasenplättchen getauscht. Super Service! Silke E. bestens beraten. Da ich selbst jahrelang im Verkauf tätig war, muss ich sagen die Bedarfsanalyse war vom feinsten! Auch der kostenlose Sehtest wurde sehr charmant und kurzweilig durchgeführt. Mein Kompliment an die Filialleitung für ihr kompetentes Team. Ich bin mit meiner neuen Gleitsichtbrille außerordentlich zufrieden und werde wieder hier kaufen Zur Info, dies war meine 17te Brille. As soon as you enter, you notice the warm atmosphere and enthusiasm of the employees. I bought my first pair of glasses from Fielmann and received excellent advice from Ms. Silke E. Since I myself worked in sales for many years, I have to say that the needs analysis was the best! The free eye test was also carried out in a very charming and entertaining way. My compliments to the branch management for their competent team. I am extremely satisfied with my new progressive lenses and will buy here again FYI, this was my 17th pair of glasses.
