Doch meine skepsis war sehr schnell verflogen. Obwohl ich keinen Termin für einen Sehtest hatte wurde sich recht rasch um mich gekümmert. Es wurde sehr gut und bemüht auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen und ich habe mich sehr kompetent beraten und ebenfalls wohl gefühlt. Freundlich und kompetent, Toll Ich h freue mich schon auf meine neue Brille. Was at Fielmann in Wels today (April 14th, 2021) and was a bit skeptical at the beginning because the reviews made me suspicious at times. But my skepticism vanished very quickly. Although I didn't have an appointment for an eye test, I was looked after quite quickly. My needs were met very well and tried hard, and I was given very competent advice and also felt comfortable. Friendly and competent, great I'm looking forward to my new glasses.

Und vor allem wird man dort sinnvoll beraten und nicht„Teuer ist das besste" Auch die Beratung war sehr toll und toll finde ich auch das man auch mal ins Gespräch kommen kann. Auch auf die Kinderwünsche wurde in Ruhe und mit Geduld eingegangen. Meine Mädels freuen sich schon auf die neuen Brillen! Ich kann Fielmann nur weiter empfehlen! Am Tag des Termins in der Filiale hat die Dame gefragt ob ich heute eh noch keine Linsen getragen habe. Doch habe ich, hat ja keiner was gesagt. "Ja das geht so nicht ich muss mir einen neuen Termin ausmachen" unfreundlich Nach hin und her weil ich nicht nochmal kommen wollte da dies meinerseits auch mit Aufwand verbunden ist (Fahrzeit, Babysitter, Parkplatz suche) durfte ich bleiben. Dann wollte ich eine Brille aussuchen. Nachdem ich kurz die Maske untergeschoben habe um zu sehen ob mir die Brille steht (es war weit und breit kein Mensch neben mir,) wurde ich angeschnauzt das hier Maskenpflicht herrscht. Und ich soll sie sofort wieder aufsetzen. Da wäre eine freundliches Angebot in einen anderen Raum oder kurz nach draussen zu gehen Kundenfreundlicher gewesen. SMS wie vereinbart das die Brille fertig ist hab ich auch nicht bekommen. Das nächste mal zahle ich lieber mehr und geh woanders hin. Customer friendliness has declined significantly. "Yeah, that's not possible, I have to make a new appointment" unfriendly After back and forth because I didn't want to come again because this also involves a lot of effort on my part (travel time, babysitter, looking for a parking space), I was allowed to stay. Then I wanted to choose glasses. After I put on the mask for a moment to see if the glasses fit me (there was no one near me far and wide), I was snapped at that masks are compulsory here. And I'm supposed to put them back on immediately. A friendly offer to go to another room or just outside would have been more customer-friendly. I didn't get an SMS as agreed that the glasses were ready. Next time I'd rather pay more and go somewhere else.
