p	peter wallner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eis ist gut, leider ist das Personal extrem unfreundlich. Werden in Zununft woanders Eis essen. So nicht. Ice cream is good, unfortunately the staff is extremely rude. Will eat ice cream somewhere else in the future. Not like that.

There is a very good ice cream, very nice service, ice cream in bag, cups large and small, I enjoy my ice cream in a small tablecloth on site.

N	Nadija Arneitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren letztens mit dem Fahrrad mit unseren Sohn unterwegs, blöderweise hatten wir unser Masken Zuhause vergessen. Als ich die Dame bat, ob es möglich wäre uns ein Eis für unseren 3 jährigen Sohn rauszubringen, wurde ich von ihr richtig angekeift! Ich besuchte diese Eisdiele regelmäßig, auch schon zu Schulzeiten (weil sie wie ich fand, das beste Eis in Villach haben)! Diese Dame zeigte mir, das Trinkgeld und Stammkundschaften mit Füßen getreten werden! Anscheinend geht es ihnen in dieser Zeit noch immer zu gut? man muss nur vorsichtig sein das sich das Blatt nicht wendet. Jedenfalls sieht diese unfreundliche Persönlichkeit mich nie wieder! MUH soll ja auch spitze sein?? Antwort auf Ihre Antwort: 1. habe ich den Laden nicht betreten 2. Habe ich sie höflich darum gebeten. 3. Habe ich selbst mit Kunden zu tun, und ihre Umgangsformen lassen stark zu wünschen übrig, so mit jemanden zu reden bzw. Anzukeifen. Man kann es auch in einem normalen Ton sagen. Und 4. anhand ihres Kommentares zeigen sie selbst wie sie ticken? We were recently on the bike with our son, unfortunately we had forgotten our masks at home. When I asked the lady if it would be possible to bring out an ice cream for our 3 year old son, I was really nagged by her! I visited this ice cream parlor regularly, even when I was at school (because I thought they have the best ice cream in Villach)! This lady showed me that tips and regular customers are trampled! Apparently they are still doing too well during this time you just have to be careful that the tide doesn't turn. In any case, this unfriendly personality will never see me again! MUH should also be great?? Answer to your answer: 1. I did not enter the shop 2. Did I politely ask you to do so. 3. Do I deal with customers myself, and their manners leave a lot to be desired, to talk to someone like that or to scold them. It can also be said in a normal tone. And 4. using your commentary, show yourself what makes you tick?

Non do 5 stelle perché aime sulla sacher mancava la marmellata..per il resto bravi! As a 4-star ice cream lover for this ice cream parlor! I am lactose intolerant and have taken sacher and solero. Yummy, creamy, plentiful at the right price. I do not give 5 stars because aime on the sacher was missing the jam .. for the rest good!
