★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a family owned farmhouse close to beautiful mountains and wooded hiking trails. Exactly what I wanted. I only have good things to say about the location, this family and the room I stayed in. The family is warm and welcoming and very helpful. They gave me great tips and suggestions and a discount card for nearby attractions. I didn't expect to get attached to them or their farm animals, but I did. It rained a lot when I first arrived and I spent a lot of time in my room which wasn't planned, but none the less it was very comfortable, clean and had everything I could have wished for with plenty of closet space and shelving. I was impressed with the sunny and modern bathroom. There's a shared mini-fridge and water cooker outside the room. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back.... with a car or e-bike. There is also a "Wander Taxi" possibility. The house is too far to walk to nearby attractions. You need wheels.
