Good starting point not only to the Gowilalm. Several hikes for young and old can be tackled here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für unter der Woche scheint der Parkplatz auch an schönen Tagen auszureichen. Für Wochenenden bin ich eher skeptisch. Also früh am Morgen hinkommen und zum kleinen Phyrgas weiter gehen:-)
For the week, the parking lot seems to be enough even on nice days. I'm more skeptical about weekends. So get there early in the morning and go on to the little Phyrgas :-)

Nice local resident approached us straight away and showed us a free parking space because it was already quite full

The leisurely hike alone is worth going up and then the alpine hosts, simply the best !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zodanig veel volk (zaterdag) dat een vriendelijke dame ons de weg wees naar een privé weide. Na een fantastische bergwandeling van ongeveer 3 uur, hebben we wat centen achtergelaten voor de parking.
So many people (Saturday) that a friendly lady showed us the way to a private meadow. After a fantastic mountain walk of about 3 hours, we left some money for the parking.
