★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was good, perfect for kids, mamy pools, huge playground and rabbits and ponys on site but there are too many small things to give the 5star rate.
for example
-The food seemed not so fresh and placed chaotic
-The spa area not always clean or rather abandoned by staff (exmpl at some point they were out of clean cups for water)
-The all inclusive version and the coffee is free only till 3 p.m. ???
- we were charged for somebodys else spaghetti - whaaat?
All in all for such a high price ❗️there should be no disadvantages!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled the reservation without notice. Because online booking system gave out the wrong price. What? Why is it the customer’s fault?? NO excuse, no sorry, no nothing. BAD customer service! FRAUD Dont go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Garden Suite is absolutely stunning, great views and a very helpful and super nice staff. The restaurant offers very good food and wine, not a fan of their beers though. Swimming pools and saunas are very nice too. The one thing I would improve (not worth taking down a star) is most of the staff isn’t very profficient in English. You can get by though. Other than that I was very satisfied, our family travels here for five years already and we will be returning.
