Und vor allem alles vorhanden: Bobby Cars, Billard-Tisch, Air Hockey, Tischtennisplatte, Trampolin, Pool - ihr werdet eure Kinder nicht mehr sehen im Urlaub. Zusätzlich gibt's WLAN, Fernseher und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Am besten mit mehreren Familien das ganze Haus mieten. Klare Empfehlung von mir! Can I recommend for families with children only! Very nice service. Clean. And above all, everything is available: Bobby Cars, billiard table, air hockey, table tennis, trampoline, pool - you will not see your children on holiday. In addition, there's Wi-Fi, TVs and a well-equipped kitchen. Best to rent the whole house with several families. Clear recommendation from me!

Nach vorheriger Klärung der Zimmeraufteilung und der Benutzung des Gemeinschaftsbades für 3 der 5 Schlafzimmer gab es auch dafür keine Probleme. Es war alles da, was gebraucht wurde. Die Vermieterin wohnt gleich um die Ecke und hat sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob etwas fehlt. Brötchenservice reibungslos und easy, alles sehr stressfrei. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis topp! Die Skigebiete in Sillian und Vierschach sind nur 5 bzw. 15 Minuten entfernt, Einkauf in der Nähe möglich. Ein Punkt Abzug für die teilweise schon ältere Einrichtung und weil das freie WLAN nicht bis in jede Ecke reicht. Aber das war nicht schlimm! Es ist alles gut gepflegt und sauber, ruhige Lage und wir sind immer gut ausgeschlafen auf die Piste gefahren. We were here with 13 people on a skiing holiday and had a lot of fun. After prior clarification of the room layout and the use of the shared bathroom for 3 of the 5 bedrooms there was no problem for that. Everything was there, what was needed. The landlady lives just around the corner and has repeatedly asked if something is missing. Bread service smooth and easy, all very stress-free. Price / performance ratio topp! The ski areas in Sillian and Vierschach are only 5 or 15 minutes away, shopping nearby possible. A point deduction for the partly older facility and because the free Wi-Fi is not enough in every corner. But that was not bad! It is all well maintained and clean, quiet location and we are always well rested on the slopes.

Die Lage ist super, das Haus sehr sauber und als Highlight hat es einen großen gepflegten Pool und ein großes Trampolin im Garten Wir waren 16 Personen und konnten selbst einen ganzen Regentag angenehm verbringen dank Billard, Air-Hockey, Tischtennisplatte und Tischkicker. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Besitzerin Annemarie ließ keine Wünsche offen ganz nach dem Motto: geht nicht gib`s nicht. Ganz toll sind auch die vielen glücklichen freilaufenden Bio Hennen auf der angrenzenden Wiese die uns täglich mit frischen Eier versorgten. Die Hennenbesitzer, die Familie Guggenberger belieferte uns täglich mit frischen leckeren regionalen Lebensmittels die ich bestens empfehlen kann. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. A great house equipped with everything you need to spend a great vacation. The location is great, the house is very clean and the highlight is a large, well-kept pool and a large trampoline in the garden We were 16 people and could spend a whole rainy day comfortably thanks to billiards, air hockey, table tennis and table football. The on-site support by the owner Annemarie left nothing to be desired, true to the motto: there is no such thing. The many happy free-range organic hens on the adjacent meadow are also really great, providing us with fresh eggs every day. The hen owners, the Guggenberger family, supplied us with fresh, delicious regional food every day, which I can highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

Das Haus bietet viel Wohnraum und war sehr sauber. Betreuung durch Besitzerin (wohnt gleich um die Ecke) 5, hatten Salz und Kaffefilter vergessen wurden aber ohne Probleme trotz Feiertag persönlich beliefert. Alles in Allem kann man das Haus für eine Gruppe nur bestens empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Super nice group house. Is equipped with everything you need + some extras such as pool, billiard table, gas grill ... The house offers a lot of living space and was very clean. Care by the owner (lives just around the corner) 5 , had forgotten salt and coffee filter but were personally delivered without any problems despite the holiday. All in all, the house can only be highly recommended for a group. We'll be back !!
