Aan Haus Annemarie ligt de loipe en vanuit het huis kun je prachtige (winter) wandelingen maken. Op 100 meter ligt de skipiste. Deze is met name geschikt voor beginners en kinderen. Klimaat in dit deel van Tirol is vaak heerlijk zonnig! Apartment with everything on it! The larger apartments have 2 bathrooms! The trail is located at Haus Annemarie and from the house you can take beautiful (winter) walks. The ski slope is 100 meters away. This is particularly suitable for beginners and children. Climate in this part of Tyrol is often wonderfully sunny!

La signora Annemaria una persona squisita accogliente come al solito con i suoi dolci caffè e grappa, a richiesta vi procura il latte produzione propria e il panne fresco. L'appartamento bello e pulito completo di tutto. I recommend everyone a nice place surrounded by nature with green valleys. Ms. Annemaria, an exquisite welcoming person as usual with her sweet coffee and grappa, can provide you with her own milk and fresh cream upon request. The nice and clean apartment complete with everything.

Wirklich nette Vermieterin. Lage ist perfekt, um die Highlights der Sextener Dolomiten zu sehen, aber auch um tolle Wanderungen in nicht so bekannten Regionen zu machen (Lesachtal, Villgratental). Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. House in an absolutely quiet location. Had the small apartment with a south-facing balcony. Fantastic for the coffee after the hike. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Really nice landlady. The location is perfect for seeing the highlights of the Sexten Dolomites, but also for great hikes in less well-known regions (Lesachtal, Villgratental). Overall, highly recommended.

La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile premurosa e disponibile .Ok parcheggio.Ideale punto di partenza per camminate. Insomma provate ad andarci.... ci ritroverete volentieri. La padrona di casa è gentile, disponibile e molto ospitale. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e ben fornito di stoviglie, phon e aspirapolvere. Un piacevole soggiorno anche per i bambini! I stayed at this property with my family. Splendid location, in the middle of the green mountains. The hostess is kind, helpful and very hospitable. The apartment is very clean and well stocked with dishes, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner. A pleasant stay for children too!

e	eyal ei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely quiet place to stay in Kartitsch, at an altitude of 1,356m, in the Gailtal, the highest valley in East Tirol. Very close to the Italien border and an hour to the 3 Zinnen. We were staying at the top apartment Edelweiss, which was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The bathroom was also very spacious. The kitchen was very well equiped, and from its two northren windows we had a nice view of the village and the Church. The big bedroom had a south side terrace, with calming view of the meadows and the mountains. We have only good words to say about the owner Anne Marie. She is very kind and caring. She speaks only German and Italien, but we had no problem to understand each other with the google translate assistance :) Highly recommended!
