One of the best hotels in the area, Very good food the Staff are friendly and the room standards are very good. The wellness centre is one of the best I have ever used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely! I stayed here for 10 days this summer on a long extended travel adventure and it was wonderful. It was charming and modern. The food was fantastic and the service sweet and accommodating. The only issue is the wifi is not very good (nearly non-existent in rooms, slow in common area) so if you need to work you will be very challenged. Book this hotel now. I now measure all accommodation against Strasswerwirt. This hotel is also best with a car.

The rooms are modern, clean and luxurious in their perfect simplicity. The building is charming, very old and impeccably kept. The food alone is worth the visit: breakfast has the guests spoilt for choice with incredible breads and homemade cakes and spreads, fresh fruit, artisanal cheeses and meats, butter straight from the farm, etc. The sauna is a great way to spend an afternoon in complete relaxation. The service is good and unobtrusive, always friendly. Book a massage with Marie and you’ll be temporarily in heaven. I cannot wait to be back in this hotel, can you tell?
