De eigenaren waren erg begaan met ons en waren goed bereikbaar! Had a nice stay in this apartment, it was spacious and clean. Apart from some detailed work, this is highly recommended. The owners were very fond of us and were easily accessible!

Direkt an der Dorfstrasse und etwas hellhörig, aber für uns kein Problem. Wir haben uns für die Anreise mit dem Auto entschieden, aber auch Zug wäre kein Problem gewesen (nutzen wir zukünftig). Sautens hat Restaurants, Supermarkt und einiges mehr, ist aber nicht so touristisch überlaufen wie andere Orte. Vor allem aber die Nähe zu den Skigebieten Hochoetz und Kühtai war für uns wichtig, Skibus fährt 20m von der Ferienwohnung los. Zum Parken stand uns der öffentliche Parkplatz in 20m zur Verfügung, hat aber immer geklappt. Gerne wieder! Great winter vacation! Apartment with basic equipment, clean, spacious and well located. Right on Dorfstrasse and a little noisy, but not a problem for us. We decided to come by car, but the train would not have been a problem either (we will use it in the future). Sautens has restaurants, a supermarket and more, but is not as overcrowded with tourists as other places. Above all, the proximity to the Hochoetz and Kühtai ski areas was important to us, the ski bus starts 20m from the apartment. The public car park in 20m was available to us for parking, but it always worked. Gladly again!
S	Service Tester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen tollen Weihnachts- und Silvesterurlaub im Ferienhaus Antonia! Die Dorfgemeinschaft ist unglaublich nett, die Ferienwohnung ist top gelegen und ideal für eine Familie (auch mit 3 Kindern) geeignet. Man kommt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zum Supermarkt, Post, Bächerei usw. Der Skibus hält nahe dem Haus. Das sehr familienfreundliche Skigebiet Hochötz ist in 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Rodeln, wandern und klettern gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Am Piburger See kann man auch Schlittschuhlaufen. In Ötz und Imst (direkt nebenan) kann man hervorragend essen gehen. Der neue Besitzer hat das Haus vollständig renoviert und modernisiert. Alles ist schick, sauber und funktioniert. Die Gemeinde hat weitere Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass man immer einen Parkplatz 20m vom Haus entfernt bekommt. Darüber hinaus kann man auch immer für kurze Zeit in der Einfahrt oder vor dem Haus halten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren und vermissen die Berge schon jetzt ;) We had a great Christmas and New Year's Eve holiday in Ferienhaus Antonia! The village community is incredibly nice, the apartment is in a great location and ideal for a family (even with 3 children). You can walk to the supermarket, post office, bakery, etc. in a few minutes. The ski bus stops near the house. The very family-friendly Hochötz ski area can be reached in 7 minutes. There are great opportunities for tobogganing, hiking and climbing nearby. You can also skate on Lake Piburg. In Ötz and Imst (right next door) you can eat out very well. The new owner has completely renovated and modernized the house. Everything is neat, clean and working. The community has made additional parking spaces available so that you always have a parking space 20m away from the house. In addition, you can always stop in the driveway or in front of the house for a short time. We would go back anytime and already miss the mountains;)

U	U _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most terrible experience that I ever had :((( The host had hidden a cost of cleaning fee 50 Euro from the price and after we wanted to cancel, she quarrelled with us on everything,when we arrived , threatening us to call the police about where we temporarily parked our car (to carry our luggage). In front of the basement floor, there is a balcony 80 cm wide. Just in front of the balcony is the asfalt road where the cars are passing by.
