Man kann sich hier wirklich wohlfühlen und die Urlaubstage in angenehmer Umgebung genießen. Very nice location with many excursion possibilities - well-equipped apartment and very courteous landlord. You can really feel good here and enjoy the holidays in a pleasant environment.

Super Aufteilung der Zimmer, geniale Lage für Outdoor Aktivitäten, einfach und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Gehen jährlich mit 8 Leuten und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. DANKE The stay in the freestyle apartment was perfect as always. Great layout of the rooms, great location for outdoor activities, simple and uncomplicated handling. Every year with 8 people and will come again next year. THANK YOU
A	Anastasia Sk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit 6 Personen für eine Woche dort. Grundsätzlich eine hübsche Wohnung mit kleiner Grünfläche. Tolle Lage und schöner Ausblick. Dass die Vermieterin unten drunter wohnt war allerdings ein Problem. Im Sommer ist es sehr warm in der Wohnung, ab 21:45 stand sie dann regelmäßig in der Tür und bat uns Türen und Fenster zu schließen da sogar eine normale Unterhaltung zu laut wäre. Sie wolle Ärger mit den Nachbarn vermeiden, verständlich. Allerdings ist man nicht im Urlaub um um 21:00 Uhr ins Bett zu gehen. (Die Lautstärke war wirklich der Uhrzeit nach angemessen) zudem zählt die Unterkunft nicht zu den günstigeren, wir fühlten uns daher sehr eingeschränkt. Nochmal würden wir nicht kommen und empfehlen die Wohnung daher nicht. We were with 6 people for a week there. Basically a nice apartment with a small green area. Great location and nice view. That the landlady lives underneath was a problem. In the summer it is very warm in the apartment, from 21:45 she was then regularly in the door and asked us to close doors and windows because even a normal conversation would be too loud. She wanted to avoid trouble with her neighbors, understandably. However, one is not on vacation at 9:00 pm to go to bed. (The volume was really the time after appropriate) also the accommodation is not among the cheaper, we felt therefore very limited. Again we would not come and recommend the apartment therefore not.

(Wenn man etwas wissen möchte) Zimmer das ganze Apartment ist sehr sauber und sehr schön. Komm bestimmt nächstes Jahr wieder, und werde in diese Apartment wieder eine schöne Woche Urlaub machen. Freu mich schon. Very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended ??? Very nice and courteous people. (If you want to know something) The whole apartment is very clean and very nice. I will definitely come back next year and I will spend a nice week in this apartment again. I'm looking forward to it.
S	Sandra H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und die Gastgeber sind echt super nett ! Leider ist die Küche recht klein und dunkel aber auch hier ist eine Lösung schon in Planung. :) Aber zu viert war es durchaus ausreichend. Bei der Traumkulisse ist man ja eh mehr draußen als drin... Sautens ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge jeglicher Art im Ötztal. Wir hatten 10 actionreiche Tage und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :))) Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und bis bald <3 We had a great stay in this apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the hosts are really super nice! Unfortunately the kitchen is quite small and dark, but a solution is already being planned. :) But for four it was quite sufficient. With the dream backdrop, you're more outside than inside anyway ... Sautens is a great starting point for excursions of all kinds in the Ötztal. We had 10 action-packed days and will definitely be back :))) Thank you for the hospitality and see you soon <3

Idealer Ausgangsort für sportliche und gemütliche Aktivitäten. Adorable, very well furnished apartment. Amiable young landlords, a place to relax. The ideal starting point for sporty and leisurely activities.
K	Konstantyn Shchypanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very great apatment with three bedrooms and with bathroom in each bedroom! Everything is clean. In the kitchen you have all you need to make breakfast and for dinner you have BBQ grill in the little cute yard.The owner of the apartment is very nice and kind. If you want some extreme - she has some discount rafting and so on (we dont use this cause of little children). And one more word - if you are two meters tall - not very comfortable to stand near the sink in the kitchen, BUT !!! This is not a coin ! It`s a big PLUS - You dont need to cook and wash the dishes :) So I highly recommend this apartments!
