★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to apply and got application denied.
Only after a really bad review that I did here, they explained to me why my application was denied and apparently it was their health insurance provider, UNIQA, fault. But anyway, feelsafe.at chose UNIQA, wich denied applications because of minor health issues. They say that makes health insurance application easy, but only made it more difficult for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feelsafe is very good because they take action immediately and responds to your queries as fast a possible. I did not find any problems with them. They are by far the easiest for health insurance in austria for expats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked their product. Basically everything with medical(medicine, lab reports, hospital chargers) were included. The direct billing doctors were bit hard to find and sometimes it took really while to get money back, but other than that, everything was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the insurance company with the best customer service I have ever encountered. They are very quick to provide solutions and very kind in their communications, which is particularly helpful when dealing with the hardships of visa/migration paperwork. Also, from my experience, the online payment platform is easy to use and Austrian authorities do not raise any observations about their coverage. 10/10 would recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with this insurance. They have a good coverage and return money quickly. The only downgrade was that in 1,5 years the price per month grew from about 55 euro to 70 euro. Maybe it was my mistake I don't know. But still overall it is worth it and acceptable by government authorities which is really important

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The functionality of the website, the doctors, and the service in general was excellent! The doctors enlisted handle even the smallest of situations with care and caution. They give adequate consultation and treat all patients very well. The refund system works efficiently and the FeelSafe team are super responsive to all emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard was very countable, and always provide supports as soon as possible. The system is efficient and professional as well. I went with the travel insurance and it fully met the requirements of the Embassy without any problem. I'd recommend this product!!
