★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of the wide array of mediocre outdoor shops in Vienna, this is certainly the worst. As with most outdoor shops here, the hours are ideal if you're a stay-at-home parent or jobless. It is a small, cramped shop with a poor selection. After multiple visits, I can only assume the staff have a limited knowledge what they are selling.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their wares and will help you get what you need. I had trouble finding pants that fulfilled my requirements and fit well, but they ordered a few for me until I found the right pair.
