P	Phillip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtester Versanddienst. Laufzeiten sind einfach unglaublich lange. Pakete liegen für Tage im gleichen Lager. Angegebene Zustelldaten stimmen sowieso nicht. Worst shipping service. Runtimes are just incredibly long. Packages are in the same warehouse for days. The delivery dates given are not correct anyway.
M	Mimi Neporušený on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtester Zustellservice aller Zeiten! Warte jetzt den Dritten Tag (nach dem angekündigten Lieferdatum) auf mein Päckchen. Laut Lieferstatus ist es gestern dann am Empfang hinterlegt worden, nur das es in diesem Wohnblock weder einen Empfang noch eine Firma mit einem solchen gibt... War den ganzen Tag zu Hause, aber von FedEx hat niemand geklingelt, auch nicht bei den Nachbarn. Vermutlich ging mein Päckchen irgendwo ganz anders hin... es bleibt also noch spannend! Worst delivery service ever! Now wait for the third day (after the announced delivery date) for my package. According to the delivery status, it was deposited at the reception yesterday, only that there is neither a reception nor a company with one in this apartment block ... Was at home all day, but no one rang from FedEx, not even the neighbors. Probably my package went somewhere else ... so it remains exciting!
C	Christina Schilcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rechtzeitige Lieferung scheinbar unmöglich. Nach Umleitung eines Pakets an eine andere Adresse trotzdem an die ursprüngliche Adresse geliefert. Bei einem anderen Paket war die Zustellung für Freitag geplant und angeblich wurde ich nicht angetroffen, obwohl ich den ganzen Tag zuhause war. Dann beim Kundenservice angerufen, der uns unterstellt hat, dass unsere Klingel nicht funktioniert. Unsere Klingel hätte funktioniert, wenn der Fahrer auch bei unserer geklingelt hätte und nicht bei den Nachbarn. Dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die erneute Zustellung für Montag, also heute, geplant ist. Plötzlich bekomme ich eine Mail, dass die Lieferung doch erst am Mittwoch erfolgen wird. Werde wahrscheinlich heute Nachmittag selbst mein Paket abholen fahren, da ich es nicht einsehe, noch länger darauf zu warten. Schlechtester Paketdienstleister! Timely delivery apparently impossible. After redirecting a package to another address, it was still delivered to the original address. Another package was scheduled to be delivered on Friday and allegedly I was not found even though I was at home all day. Then called customer service, who assumed that our doorbell was not working. Our bell would have worked if the driver had rang ours and not the neighbors. Then I was informed that the new delivery is planned for Monday, i.e. today. Suddenly I get an email that the delivery will not take place until Wednesday. I will probably go to pick up my parcel myself this afternoon, as I don't see myself waiting any longer. Worst parcel service provider!

F	Florian Novosel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst ein Stern ist zuviel. Hab mit Fedex schon die lustigsten Dinge erledigt. Paket wurde nicht zugestellt, obwohl man den ganzen Tag zu Hause war. Laut Fedex sei man nicht da gewesen. Ein weiteres Mal wurde das Paket irgendwo hinterlegt. Um zu erfahren wo, musst ich anrufen. Wenn man die Zustellung verpasst, kann es passieren das man richtig weit fahren muss. Wenn man dann kein Auto hat ist man arm dran. Fedex ist und bleibt für mich ein richtiger Saftladen, und mir graust es immer wenn der Versand nur mit Fedex möglich ist. Even a star is too many. Have already done the funniest things with Fedex. Package was not delivered even though you were at home all day. According to Fedex, they weren't there. One more time the package was deposited somewhere. I have to call to find out where. If you miss the delivery, it can happen that you have to drive really far. If you don't have a car then you are poor. Fedex is and will remain a real juice shop for me, and I always hate it when shipping is only possible with Fedex.
e	eva rechberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde ja gerne 0 Sterne geben, den jetzt habe ich bereits zum 2. Mal mein Paket nicht erhalten, sondern muss es mir wo abholen. Warum lass ich es mir wohl schicken??? Und auch diesesmal habe ich keine Benachrichtigung erhalten und ich muss über die Internetseite raussuchen wo ich es abholen muss. Meine Pakete kommen alle in die Firma die von 08:00- 18:00 besetzt ist. Darum versteh ich es nicht I would like to give it 0 stars, for the second time I haven't received my package, but have to pick it up somewhere. Why do I have it sent to me ??? And this time, too, I did not receive any notification and I have to search the website to find where to pick it up. My parcels all come to the company that is manned from 08:00 to 18:00. That's why I don't understand

Wofür wird ein Termin zum zustellen ausgemacht wenn dieser dann nicht eingehalten wird, ich werde den weiteren Tag Urlaub der Firma in Rechnung stellen. War das erste und letzte mal Mi FedEx und werde auch jeden davon abraten! Package was not delivered on the agreed date! What is an appointment for delivery if this is not kept, I will invoice the company for the rest of the day's vacation. Was the first and last time Mi FedEx and I would advise everyone against it!

Ich habe permanent eine Statusverfolgung zur Verfügung gehabt, wurde per Mail auf aktuellen Stand gehalten. Als klar war, dass ich am Auslieferungstag nicht zuhause sein werde, habe ich das Angebot genutzt und den Zustelltermin um einen Tag verschoben. Der Kurierfahrer war am angegebenen Tag zur Mittagszeit bei mir, war sehr höflich und freundlich - ich könnte mich nicht beschweren! I ordered 2 packages from the Netherlands and these were delivered via FedEx. I always had status tracking available and was kept up to date by email. When it became clear that I would not be at home on the day of delivery, I took advantage of the offer and postponed the delivery date by one day. The courier driver was with me at lunchtime on the specified day, was very polite and friendly - I couldn't complain!
