Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als fair, die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Für mich gibt es keine bessere Firma, wenn es um Teakholzmöbel geht. Gerne wieder! I have been shopping at Fantasteak for a few years now because I like the products very much and I am still very happy with them after years of use. The price / performance ratio is more than fair, the staff are courteous and helpful! For me there is no better company when it comes to teak furniture. Gladly again!

Alles sehr unkompliziert. Haben den Tisch irrtümlich zu groß bestellt und die Änderung auf ein anderes Maß im Nachhinein war gar kein Problem obwohl wir den Tisch extra auf unserer Maß bestellt haben. Qualität der Produkte ist top. Haben nun auch unsere Garten Möbel dort bestellt und freuen uns bereits darauf. Danke an das Team für alles. Wir können FantasTeak nur weiterempfehlen. We mistakenly ordered the table too large and the change to a different size afterwards was not a problem at all, even though we ordered the table extra to our size. Product quality is top. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer stets bemüht und selbst wenn es mal ein Problem geben sollte dann wird repariert, umgetauscht oder eine andere Lösung gefunden. Viele vergessen dass, Teakholz ein absolutes Naturprodukt ist welches lebt und seine Eigenheiten hat aber genau das zeichnet Vollholzmöbel aus, das Unternehmen FantasTeak lebt dieses besondere Holz mit Leidenschaft und besten Kundenumgang wie es sein sollte. Es wurden all unsere Wünsche umgesetzt um Schlussendlich einen Tisch 4020x 1200 aus Olivenholz und Epoxidharz geliefert zu bekommen. Wir wurden die ganze Zeit über mit Fotos am Laufenden gehalten und konnten jeden Schritt der Fertigung mitverfolgen. Ein herzliches DANKESCHÖN an das gesamte FantasTeak Team ! Ihr seit unschlagbar ! Simply brilliant and unique! After a long search we found FantasTeak to make our dream table come true. All of our wishes were implemented in the end to have a table 4020x 1200 in olive wood and epoxy resin delivered. We were kept up to date with photos at all times and were able to follow every step of the production. A big THANK YOU to the entire FantasTeak team! You are unbeatable!
