Schwierig ein freies Zimmer zu bekommen, langjährige Gäste haben natürlich Vorrang!
Nice location, local and excellent ways to go for a walk.
Difficult to get a free room, long-standing guests have priority, of course!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr tolle Pension. Schön gelegen am Stadtrand, Stadtkern ist schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Man wird hier herzlich empfangen. Familie Kröll ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
A very nice pension. Beautifully located on the outskirts, city center is within easy walking distance. You will receive a warm welcome here. Family Kröll is very nice, helpful and accommodating. It was a very pleasant stay!

Sind nun das zweite Jahr hier auf Urlaub.
Unsere 3 Hunde (Hovawarte) und wir sind
sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden und
alle sind begeistert.
Die Zimmer und die Ferienwohnungen sind
äußerst sauber und geräumig.
Das Frühstücksservice ist einfach sehr gut
und mehr als ausreichend.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Consists of three houses with apartments and rooms.
Are now the second year here on vacation.
Our 3 dogs (Hovawarte) and we are
been received very friendly and
everyone is excited.
The rooms and the apartments are
extremely clean and spacious.
The breakfast service is just very good
and more than enough.
We'll be back!

Obwohl ich nur für eine Nacht blieb (Durchreise bei einer Motorradtour)
Wurde ich äußerst freundlich empfangen. Kann die Pension ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen.
Beautiful room
Even though I only stayed for one night (passing through on a motorcycle tour)
I received an extremely friendly welcome. Can recommend the pension without any reservations.

I stayed at the Pension Alte Schmiede and the host there was very friendly, also with our little one Sophie which made every morning a little mess at the table. But the owner was very nice and even gave us toys to play which she kept from her own children.
The coffee or Tea was fresh prepared, the Austrian butter and honey just tasted delicous on one of the bread rolls, and you even could opt in for a 5 Minute Breakfast egg.
We had a very good time there, and every Saturday night I dream now of a continental breakfast at the Alte Schmiede.
