★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big hotel right at the slope, restaurant offers very tasty food. Wellness does not have water slides, just one swimming pool and a sauna section with 3 saunas and two cool-off pools (warm and cold). They do offer massages though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were positively surprised by personal approach of restaurant manager Sasha when we asked for a special dish for our youngest daughter. He managed it with his personal involvement - buying it in a local retail store. ?? Hotel was clean, food very tasty and we also liked daily special cousin themes served during dinners. Animation programs and summer activities have entertained us for the whole week. Happy to return back again.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good gym. Super sauna and adult area. The pool area is too hot. I understand there are children playing in and around the pool, but it should not be so so hot that you can hardly breathe. Sauna and gym are five starts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value family hotel with great meals. Beautiful Spa world with pools. Big playroom and play area for children with babysitters. Great animation program for everybody. There are few things that could be upgraded but overall it is a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full board family-friendly hotel directly next to the slopes. The hotel is well maintained and in a perfect location. The interior layout and floor plan is rather confusing, but the front desk is friendly and helpful. During our visit, the dining room hostess came across as rude, but that's almost typical for Austria. Some guests are incredibly inconsiderate. I understand it's a family-centric hotel and children can be loud and lively, but it's the parents duty to make sure they do not just run around and actively interfere with other guests. I would come back for the location and the lovely interior decor, as well as for the spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comfortable place for some days of family vacation or just two nights before continuing to Venice or other parts of Veneto-Slovenia. Great kid's program daily with mascot "Falki", friendly staff from all parts of CEE, a broad variety of decent, tasty food (which is mostly children-friendly lukewarm temperated). --- Surprisingly relaxed COVID-19 rules in Austria meanwhile.
