★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have visited twice for our annual skiing holiday and we've had a fantastic time on both occasions. The boot room is brilliant (if a bit busy at rush hour) and the facilities in the hotel are clean and well maintained. It's a shame that the spa isn't more accommodating to clothed bathers as it's advertised as a facility on the website but clearly not available to those who wish to wear bathingware...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming hotel in a very strategic position close to the slopes and equipped with several pretty fine facilities: spa, pool, fitness center, bar, smoking room, ski&bike rental. The staff is kind, my room ok, even if a bit old style, but my small complain comes with the food offer that by my point of view could be very much improved. Good place where to relax!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were there last last week for one week. Our stay was so nice, everything is beautiful except one thing thats make me disappointed. When we check out we paid the katschberg card (Regional Card) for 41 euro for one week and we didn't expect that payment because the receptionist said its free and some benefits of it, so my husband took that opportunity why not? we wanted to go uphill by cable car. We used the card only once and we didn't know that its cost everyday for 5.94 euro (its appear in our bill). The receptionist shouldn't offer that card if its not free and actually all the activities there are limited at time of the year so its useless to use that card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are in love with this place. Clean rooms. Friendly staff (we had several issues with kids-room personal, but they were solved very fast). Creative programm for kids. Gourgeouse nature and views. Tasty food and ice-cream paradise for kids. Dogs friendly. Climbing park, Sonnenrodelnbahn, horses. Ask for a local discount card on the reception (they usually forget to mention about it)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed at the Falkensteiner Cristallo for many years while our children were young and have always been really well looked after. The children's facilities and child care are great and allowed us to relax as adults. The spa is also a very welcome chance to unwind at the end of the day.
