Super nice. Was there with a question about tools for the bike. Natalie was very friendly, explained everything. Also have nice bikes. Well worth a visit!

Ich habe vor ein paar Jahren ein gebrauchtes Fahrrad aus einer anderen Stadt gekauft und es musste kürzlich einige Reparaturen durchführen, da ich es nicht mit der nötigen Pflege behandelt habe. Meine eigene Schuld. Ich habe es in diese Werkstatt gebracht und die Arbeiter waren fantastisch. Alles, was zu tun war, wurde mir verständlich erklärt. Ich wurde durch das Verfahren geführt, was zu tun war, welche Teile benötigt wurden und die Kosten, die sehr wettbewerbsfähig sind. Nach ein paar Reparaturen und Upgrades fühlt sich mein Fahrrad wie neu an! Ich bin so glücklich. Die Arbeiter hier verstehen ihr Handwerk offensichtlich gut und arbeiten fleißig daran, die Standards hoch zu halten. Ich freue mich sehr, sagen zu können, dass dies mein lokaler Fahrradladen ist. Immer beeindruckt. Ich muss sagen, der Kundenservice ist auch super. Immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt und meine Fragen immer klar beantwortet. Tolle Gruppe von Menschen, mit denen es Spaß macht, Geschäfte zu machen! Machen Sie weiter mit der erstaunlichen Arbeit! Simply the best! I bought a used bike from another city a few years ago and it recently had to do some repairs as I didn't treat it with the care it deserved. My own fault. I brought it to this workshop and the workers were fantastic. Everything that had to be done was explained to me in a way that I could understand. I was guided through the process of what needed to be done, what parts were needed and the cost which is very competitive. After a few repairs and upgrades, my bike feels like new! I'm so happy. The workers here obviously know their craft well and work diligently to keep standards high. I am very happy to say that this is my local bike shop. Always impressed. I have to say the customer service is great too. Always greeted with a friendly smile and always answered my questions clearly. Great group of people fun to do business with! Keep up the amazing work!
