β β β β β Despite 2 calls and 2 emails (which were completely ignored), I was still not able to book an appointment. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and arrogant, obviously unhappy with her job. Not recommended

β β β β β If it wouldn't be the only BMW dealer nearby I wouldn't go there and avoid it as much as possible. People are arrogant, service is not that great, and prices are too high. If you're a Doctor, buy a 7 series and don't care about money they might treat you better though...

β β β β β By far the best service i've ever gotten. Was going on a motorcycle trip to North italy, and on the way I noticed a big leak from my rear shock. Checked every bmw services from regensburg to italy to get the problem fixed. Thanks to Lukas schraffl at unterberger denzel he located a spare shock at one of their new bikes and swapped it with my broken one within the hour. I will forever be thankful that you saved my vacation this summer! If you are in the area and have issues or need some service, i would highly recommend this place?

β β β β β Thay were very nice with us, we wanted to revise the motorbike S1000XR ?, we arrived without previous appointment and they accepted us and even changed rear tyre and finished revision fast in same hour.

β β β β β I had an incident with my cooling system when crashing it on a block of ice, as the garage told me "sie sind angefahren".. telling me it would take ten days! from Monday to next week Wednesday to order new spare parts and finish repair, Had my my car transported to my own BMW garage in Aachen Fa Kohl Laurensberg and guess what ? The same repair took 24 hours to complete ... thank you for spoiling my winter holiday in Seefeld Kindly advising you to evaluate your Pannehilfe!
After 49 years of driving BMW this was the worst encounter with a dealership I ever experienced..it was the complete opposite to the brilliant help The French dealer Escat in Albi gave to me when we had an issue on our European Grand Tour.
