Boden wölbt sich unmittelbar nach dem Verlegen; Fugen und Höhenunterschiede bei den Stößen wo sich logischerweise der Schmutz sammelt und man mit Socken hängenbleibt, feuchtes Aufwischen (was die Pflegempfehlung war) verschlimmert das Ganze; etc. ... und wenn man sich wagt, die Qualität und Mängel zu reklamieren, zeigt sich die bittere Realität: Man wird - als Kunde - dafür verantwortlich gemacht, beruft sich auf Normen, unterstellt eine falsche Pflege des Bodens etc. ... als Kunde bin ich sehr enttäuscht und kann dieses Unternehmen leider nicht weiterempfehlen!

Floor bulges immediately after laying; Joints and height differences in the joints where the dirt logically collects and you get stuck with socks, damp mopping up (which was the care recommendation) aggravates the whole thing; etc. ... and if you dare to complain about the quality and defects, the bitter reality becomes apparent: You - as a customer - are made responsible for it, refer to standards, assume incorrect maintenance of the floor, etc. ... As a customer, I am very disappointed and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to others!
