Appointments were not kept. According to the consultation, I forgot, the employee was very impolite on the phone.

Auch bei der Montage konnten wir nicht persönlich anwesend sein und konnten alle Fragen mit dem Handwerker "remote" klären - sehr entgegenkommend und zuverlässig. Wir freuen uns auf die nächste Terrassen-Saison und können die Firma Zechner uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
We had to order the side awnings for our holiday home remotely and the advice over the phone worked very well. We could not be personally present during the assembly either and were able to clarify all questions with the craftsman "remotely" - very responsive and reliable. We are looking forward to the next terrace season and can unreservedly recommend Zechner.
