The service is bad underground and you as a customer do not feel valued. Definitely not to be recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diesem Eintrag kann ich mich nur anschließen, absolut unzuverlässlich. Mir wurde 2x ein Angebot versprochen, und beide Male nichts, nicht einmal eine kurze Nachricht, dass sich die Angebotsstellung verzögert. Der Chef meinte nur, das ist halt so, er kann da auch nichts machen....
I can only agree with this entry, absolutely unreliable. I was promised 2x an offer, and both times nothing, not even a short message that the offer was delayed. The boss just said, that's the way it is, he can't do anything about it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind unzuverlässig, melden sich nie obwohl sie sagen, dass man zurückgerufen wird. Und auf unserer Markise warten wir schon seit März und haben noch nicht mal einen Termin (jetzt ist fast Mitte Juni) zur Montage . Kann ich absolut nicht weiter empfehlen! Dort kauf ich sicher nichts mehr!!
Are unreliable, never answer even though they say you will be called back. And we have been waiting on our awning since March and do not even have an appointment (now it is almost mid-June) for assembly. I absolutely cannot recommend it! I will no longer buy anything there !!
