Aun sin ser capaz de hablar bien alemán su empleada es capaz de hablar bastante bien el inglés, no tuve ningun problema y resolvió muy claramente mis dudas respecto a la compra de las gafas, no tuvo ninguna prisa en explicarmelo. Muy amables, mi recomendación es ir sin prisas ya que te vas a sentir comodo y bien recibido. A very good treatment from the employees. Man erhält modische Brillen zu einem Top-Preis. Die Beratung war und ist immer fachlich kompetent, jederzeit wieder gerne! F	Florian Sigl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durch einen Freund wurde ich auf das 2 + 1 Gratis Angebot aufmerksam und dachte mir das bietet sich an, um mir preiswerte Brillen zu besorgen, auf die auch bei staubigen Arbeiten nicht so viel Rücksicht nehmen muss. Es wurden zwei Brillen mit Blaulichtfilter und eine selbst tönende Brille. Die Beratung verlief toll, besonders zu erwähnen ist der Aufwand, der in die Einhaltung der Corona-Bestimmung floss. Alle Brillen die probiert wurden gereinigt und desinfiziert bevor sie zurück in die Regale kamen. Die Brillen wurden anhand der Schärfe einer vorhandenen Brille bestückt, dies funktionierte ohne Probleme. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit allen drei Brillen und sie haben einen festen Platz in meinem Alltag gefunden. Zöbl war äußerst kompetent und sympathisch. Es wurde sich ausreichend Zeit für Erklärungen genommen und auch punkto Fassung, Form und Farbe der Brille hatte er gleich das richtige Händchen. Generell muss man sagen das das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei eyes + more top ist und die Auswahl an modischen Brillen keine Wünsche offen lässt. Meine Mutter und ich waren überaus zufrieden und können diesen Optiker nur weiterempfehlen! Scheduling an appointment via the website for the eye test was uncomplicated and problem-free. My mother, who was also interested in new glasses and didn't have an appointment, was kindly pushed in immediately. The advice from Mr. Zöbl was extremely competent and personable. There was enough time for explanations and he also had the right touch when it came to the frame, shape and color of the glasses. Zum Glück gibt es dort motivierte MitarbeiterInnen, die bemüht sind und sich die Zeit nehmen, um einem dabei zu unterstützen. Obwohl ich keinen Termin hatte, konnte ich noch kurzfristig einen Sehtest machen und wurde, sogar bis kurz nach Ladenschluss (was nicht selbstverständlich ist), top beraten. Wäre es möglich würde ich 6/5 Sternen vergeben. The selection of glasses is really good and especially for the really good price. The decision really isn't easy. Luckily there are motivated employees who make an effort and take the time to support you. Although I didn't have an appointment, I was able to take an eye test at short notice and received top advice, even until shortly after the shop closed (which is not always the case). If it were possible I would give it 6/5 stars.

Sonja helped me find the correct lenses for me, noting a problem with my original prescription from the first opticians, and helped me find the right frames for me. Customer service afterwards was top notch. I recommend and will use again.
