On my first visit at iDoc, I was recommended to reset all software to check for the source of the troubles, but after I had done this and the problem remained, it had to be replaced. Now everything works perfect. The iDoc service was very friendly, highly competent and super service-oriented. Bravo! Many thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever find yourself in Vienna, especially as a tourist like I was in serious need of having your
phone fixed, go to iDoc. My phone had just stopped working in Milan and I paid to have it fixed only for it to breakdown again in Switzerland. Since I'm on vacation it's really important for me to have a working phone. I e-mailed iDoc and heard back from them seriously in minutes. They were incredibly helpful and prompt and when I visited their clean, professional shop they fixed my phone while I waited. Seriously great service and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been going to Expressmobile for past 4 years whenever I had a problem with Iphone. This time my screen was completely demolished nothing was working, I went to Expressmobile and got my phone back after 2h - looks like new works like new. Excellent service and very customer friendly.
