J	Julo Krištof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice selection of plants, but mostly in bad shape - lots of plants are on the verge of drying out completely - really sad to see all those dried out platyceriums and orchids... plants in the store are really dirty, with lots of spider webbing and dirt on the leafs,... I have bought two plants here today. I always quarantine any new plants that I bring home, but these two will definitely stay quarantined longer, because lots of plants in the store show signs of infestation. Plants are slightly overpriced, but that's something I can live with. But I definitely don't like to see overpriced plants that are not taken proper care of. Also - do not trust the labels/care instructions. I have bought a lovely miniature oncidium orchid, that was labeled as phalaeneopsis and with care instructions for phalaeneopsis... it always hurts, when the seller has no clue what he/she is selling...

I finally went in to get some plants however the main boss I believe was quite grumpy and not eager to help at all. That was really disappointing since with higher price points you just want a little support in choosing the right plant and finding out how to take proper care of the plant.

P	P R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there intending to buy a huge bouquet for a special bday but the owner/manager was so rude that I just decided to leave. I have had similar experiences there before but just thought that maybe she was having a bad day and was willing to overlook it but after today, i will never go back there. It’s not about the covid related restrictions it’s about the extremely poor customer service and basic manners both of which are severely lacking as can also be seen from the replies to reviews by the manager. A simple reading of the many similar reviews shows that. Rather than reply angrily and blame everyone else, perhaps she should think about her own behaviour which is reflected by several reviews by many people having had negative experiences over the last few months.

Andrea was patient and listened carefully to what we had in mind, the color scheme and our budget and suggested beautiful flower combinations to suit. We would highly recommend her for your event!!

s	setare a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rich variation of plants!! Really, all the exotic plants I spot on instagram feed I know I can find with them. Rather well priced normally . Very nice owner and staff who are willing to chat with me for many minutes (in English even! Which foreigners in Vienna know is not so often happening!! ) about different plants and how to care for them and which would fit my place best. This shop is definitely my favorite plant shop in Vienna which I recommend to all my friends to check out if they are looking for a special addition to their places, when they see my crazy collection of plants.

My friend and I were super content with the service. I personally like the reservation process a lot. Friendly, easy and fast ! The bouquet is lovely and attractive ! Thank you for the brilliant work ! Strongly recommened!
