Vielen Dank! On each of my two phone calls, I had such a nice consultation on the other end of the line that they also gave me tips from person to person with my somewhat more complicated issue. E	Elisabeth Bummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27.2.2019 Wollte telefonisch zu EVN Wr. Neustadt. Bin in Maria Enzersdorf gelandet. Unfreundliche Dame erklärte mir, dass in wr. Neustadt kein Telefon vorhanden sei sondern nur persönliche Kundenbetreuung Meine Freundin hat aber einen Tag vorher mit der dortigen Niederlassung telefoniert und wurde sehr freundlich beraten. Schade. Man wird direkt zu einem Wechsel des Anbieters gedrängt. 02/27/2019 Wanted to call EVN Wr. Neustadt. I landed in Maria Enzersdorf. Unfriendly lady explained that in wr. Neustadt no phone was available but only personal customer service My friend has but one day before with the local branch phone and was very friendly advice. Too bad. One is urged directly to a change of the offerer.

Herrn, ich möchte Ihnen berichten: 1, heute wurde mein Wasserzähler von Ihrem Vertragspartner EVN erneuert! 2, der Termin um 8:00 Uhr wurde exakt eingehalten! 3, der Mitarbeiter war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend! 4, der Wasserschacht wurde so sauber wieder verlassen, wie er auch betreten wurde! 5, die 2 Flanschdichtungen wurden sinngemäß erneuert! Ich bin wohltuend überrascht von dem Kundendienst Ihrer Abteilung, denn ich bin mir sicher das Sie auf den Vertragspartner positiv eingewirkt haben wegen meines Anliegens bzw. Vorgeschichte! Von den neuen Wasserzähler sind Fotos im Anhang! Ich bedanke mich noch einmal für das ausgezeichnete Kundenservice und wünsche Ihnen mit Ihrem Team noch eine angenehme Arbeitswoche und bleiben Sie gesund! mfG Ps: Namen darf ich nicht explizit nennen wegen den Datenschutz, aber das ist auch egal, weil die 5 Sterne Bewertung für das ganze EVN-Team gilt! Mr, I would like to report to you: 1, today my water meter was renewed by your contract partner EVN! 2, the appointment at 8:00 a.m. was met exactly! 3, the staff was very polite and courteous! 4, the water shaft was left as clean as it was entered! 5, the 2 flange seals have been replaced accordingly! I am pleasantly surprised by the customer service of your department, because I am sure that you have had a positive effect on the contractual partner because of my concern or history! Photos of the new water meters are attached! I would like to thank you once again for the excellent customer service and wish you and your team a pleasant working week and stay healthy! Habt ihr ggf. schon mal über das Aufstocken eurer Servicemitarbeiter nachgedacht? Vermutlich nicht, lässt sich mit den aktuellen Mehreinnahmen nur schwer realisieren oder? Was für ein Sauverrein.. A trip to the moon will probably not last as long as the waiting time on your line .. Have you ever thought about increasing your service staff? Probably not, is it difficult to realize with the current additional income, right? What a Sauverrein ..

Ich musste vielleicht 1 Minute in der Warteschleife verbringen und hatte danach einen Mitarbeiter am Telefon der jegliche meiner Erwartungen um Längen übertroffen hat. Mein Problem lag nämlich eigentlich an der Unfähigkeit des "Vorbesitzer" des Stromanschluss und EVN hatte damit direkt überhaupt nichts zu tun. Dennoch war der Mitarbeiter extrem bemüht und hat den Anschluss direkt am Telefon auf mich umgemeldet (und hat mich dabei sogar extra daraufhin gewiesen, dass ich dadurch aber die 5% Online-Bonus verlieren) Ich kann mich nur herzlich für den tollen Service bedanken, was mich auch dazu gebracht hat diese Rezension zu schreiben. I can't agree with all the negative customer service reviews. I had to wait on hold for maybe 1 minute and then had an agent on the phone who far exceeded any of my expectations. My problem was actually the inability of the "previous owner" to connect to the power supply and EVN had nothing to do with it directly. Nevertheless, the employee tried extremely hard and switched the connection to me directly on the phone (and even pointed out to me that I would lose the 5% online bonus as a result). Thank you for the great service that made me write this review.
