There are many restaurants in walking distance and plenty of sports shops too.
Modern equipped apartment, quiet at night to get good sleep ?

The only inconvenience- no free breakfast service, but there are a few big shops near the accommodation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say that it was the best decision when we choose to stay at Chalet Georg. It was the perfect accommodation for our group (6 adults and 3 chld). A nice, quiet & clean location, with Kitzsteinhorn view and all the equipment that we needed. There is also a small courtyard where the children can play safe. If you don't want to cook, there are a few restaurants 5 minutes walking distance. The Gletscherjet/ Panoramabahn (for Kitzsteinhorn ski area) are reachable in 8 - 9 minutes by car, for Schmitten (Zell am Zee) - around 11 minutes and for Tauern Spa - around 5 minutes . I honestly don't have any negative points. The owners are great people, very helpful and open minded. I really hope to meet them again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Agricola is one of the best accommodations in Kaprun, we return each time with great pleasure there. The owners are very welcoming, the apartments are spacious, clean, very well equipped.
The house features a finnish sauna and an infrared cabin but also they provide free access to Tauern spa.
The villa is positioned in a quiet location but close to shops and restaurants, accessible within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at Villa Agricola several times now, and each time was a great experience. The Totschnig family is very friendly and hospitable and the apartments are luxurious and cozy. It's not far from the slopes, and it has a beautiful view of the village and its surrounding mountains.

Thank you also for jam and cake, both vas very tasty. We have no comments, everything was simply good and we will recomend stay in your appartment to our friends.
