Da es sich hier jedoch um eine pauschalrechnung handelte und nicht um eine Detailrechnung, wie ursprünglich abgesprochen, hab ich nochmals um eine passende Rechnung gebeten. Hat sich dann herausgestellt, dass der stundensatz auch noch zu hoch war. Qualität der geleisteten Arbeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. 2 Steckdosen funktionieren nicht..beratung bezüglich dimmer auch schlecht. Geschäftsführer ist nie erreichbar, ruft nicht zurück, beantwortet keine e-mails. Schreibe normalerweise nie bewertungen, aber sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt... Cheek what this company is doing ... wanted to charge too much around 1500.-, only after reprinting the built-in material was counted again and a new invoice was issued. However, since this was a flat-rate invoice and not a detailed invoice, as originally agreed, I asked again for a suitable invoice. Then it turned out that the hourly rate was also too high. The quality of the work done also leaves a lot to be desired. 2 sockets do not work .. advice on dimmer also bad. Managing director is never available, doesn't call back, doesn't answer e-mails. Usually never write reviews, but I've never seen anything like it ...

Als Ich die Firma damit konfrontieren wollte habe Ich niemanden mehr erreicht am Festnetz nicht und Mobil auch nicht. Keine Erreichbarkeit. Daher nur 1 Stern!!!! The company installed a PV system for me and switched it on but not registered it. So I gave away the electricity I produced for 1 year. When I wanted to confront the company with this, I couldn't reach anyone on the landline or mobile. No availability. Therefore only 1 star !!

Habe mich bewusst für eine regionale Firma entschieden, leider ein Fehler gewesen. it is NEVER possible to reach someone by phone. I made a conscious decision to work with a regional company, unfortunately it was a mistake.
