Schade hätte gerne ein Backrohr gekauft, war leider keines lagernd???? ohne Ceranfeld eben nur den Backofen, macht halt der Gaschler oder der Mediamarkt mehr Geschäft! Sehen mich nieeee wieder.... Unfriendly and untrained staff! Pity would have liked to buy a stovepipe, unfortunately was not stocked ???? without ceramic hob just the oven, just makes the Gaschler or the media market more business! Never see me again ....

Wer hier Beratung oder Hilfestellung braucht ist fehl am Platz. Kasse meist unbesetzt. Nach einem Jahr eine weitere Chance. Noch schlechter. War früher 2 bis 3x im Monat hier. Man wird gezwungen im Internet zu kaufen. Schade? Since the reduction of the business only more new, friendly but unqualified staff, you have to look first. Anyone who needs advice or assistance here is out of place. Cashier mostly unoccupied. After another year another chance. Even worse. Used to be 2 to 3 times a month here. One is forced to buy on the Internet. Schade?
A	Axanthic Axanthic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte für meine Lampe eine Glühbirne kaufen, ein Mitarbeiter (ich glaube bei der Handy Abteilung) schickte mir einen Praktikant der weder gesprochen noch in die Augen schauen konnte 15min für nichts und null Sortiment. Der Mitarbeiter in der Radio-TV Abteilung war kompetent. Wanted to buy a light bulb for my lamp, an employee (I think at the cell phone department) sent me an intern who could not speak or look in the eye 15min for nothing and zero assortment. The employee in the radio TV department was competent.

Auf die Frage hin ob man für ein Ausstellungsstück (Gefrierschrank klein) nicht ein wenig Preisnachlass haben könnte, kam nur die Antwort: "Das geht jetzt nicht mehr, weil ich das schon eingegeben habe." Nicht einmal der Versuch das Ganze rückgängig zu machen und neu einzugeben oder sonst was. Man wird vom Personal zumindest am Eingang auch nicht gegrüßt bzw. der Gruß erwidert. Es standen fast jedes Mal bei meinen Besuchen mehrere Betreuer zusammen und haben lieber miteinander gesprochen, als das jemand gefragt hätte ob ich Hilfe brauche. Auch auf die Frage hin ob man z.B. eine Handy-/Smartphone-Hülle nachbestellen kann, kam nur die Antwort: "Nein das geht nicht.". Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kompetenz sehen anders aus!!! Man braucht sich nicht zu wundern, wenn viele Leute auf Online-Händler ausweichen. Very unmotivated, untrained and unfriendly staff. When asked if one could not have a little price reduction for an exhibit (small freezer), the only answer was: "This is no longer possible because I have already entered it." Not even trying to undo and re-enter or anything. You will not be greeted by the staff at least at the entrance or the greeting returned. Almost every time during my visits, several supervisors stood together and preferred to speak to each other rather than being asked if I needed help. Also when asked whether e.g. to reorder a cell phone / smartphone case, the only answer was: "No, that is not possible." Customer friendliness and competence look different !!! You shouldn't be surprised if a lot of people switch to online retailers.

Wir sollten uns glücklich schätzen, einen gut sortierten Elektrofachhandel mit qualifizierten Mitarbeitern in der Region zu haben! Extremely nice and courteous staff, great products and top advice! I do not understand the negative reviews. We should be lucky to have a well-stocked electronics retailer with qualified staff in the area!

Habe einen Bildschirm gekauft und dazu ein HDMI Kabel, das leider schon beim Bildschirm dabei war. (schlechte Beratung, hätte der Verkäufer müssen sagen) Bin zuhause erst drauf gekommen, wollte es wieder zurück geben. Habe leider nur eine Gutschrift bekommen. Darf man sich nicht wundern das viele Menschen lieber online bestellen, da gibt es das Geld zurück . Attention, only gives credit for bad purchases. I don't think so. I bought a screen and an HDMI cable, which was unfortunately already included with the screen. (bad advice, the seller should have said) I only figured it out at home, wanted to give it back. Unfortunately only got a credit. Don't be surprised that many people prefer to order online, there is money back.

Dennoch ist von Gross Haushalts Geräten bis zu den Spiel Konsolen alles vertreten. Da es in der Arena nichts vergleichbares gibt, wird der Weg auch hier nicht vorbeiführen. Since this is only a branch of the then huge COSMOS retail chain, the range is correspondingly smaller. Nevertheless, everything from large household appliances to game consoles is represented. Since there is nothing comparable in the arena, the path will not pass here either.
