The headquarters in Vienna can never be reached by telephone. I tried to contact you by phone several times a day, but they always hang up.

Nette Kollegen überall, schöne Räume und guter Kaffee. Immer einen Besuch wert. Estée Lauder, Clinique, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone London and all the other brands are controlled from there. Nice colleagues everywhere, nice rooms and good coffee. Always worth a visit.

Klickt man das "Chat"-Symbol im Shop kommt folgender Text: "Leider ist unser Live Chat Service momentan nicht zu erreichen. Wenn Sie uns eine Email schreiben wollen, besuchen Sie bitte unsere Kontakt Seite." - wo wir wieder beim Thema Email sind...auch über Facebook nur eine automatisierte Antwort "Bitte schreiben Sie uns eine Email". - wer online etwas bestellen möchte und sich nicht 100%ig sicher ist ob Farbe oder Duft gefallen, braucht sollte er etwas retournieren wollen wirklich sehr gute Nerven! Die Marke Estee Lauder an sich ist super aber online werde ich bei denen nichts mehr bestellen mit diesem katastrophalen Kundenservice der den Namen leider nicht verdient hat. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Waiting time on the phone at least half an hour, no getting through. Emails are consistently ignored. If you click on the "Chat" symbol in the shop, the following text appears: "Unfortunately, our live chat service is currently not available. If you want to send us an email, please visit our contact page." - where we are again on the subject of email ... also via Facebook only an automated response "Please write us an email". - if you want to order something online and are not 100% sure whether you like the color or the fragrance, you should want to return something and have really good nerves! The Estee Lauder brand itself is great, but I will not order anything online from them with this disastrous customer service that unfortunately does not deserve the name.

Einen Tag vor Weihnachten musste man langwierig nachfragen um diese Botschaft zu erhalten! Kein Service, kein Lösungsvorschlag - nichts! Vielen Dank für das miserable Kundenservice! The order was simply canceled without any information and was not delivered. One day before Christmas you had to ask a lot of questions to get this message! No service, no proposed solution - nothing! Thank you for the lousy customer service!

Jetzt haben wir alle die selbe Erfahrung gemacht, dass die Wimperntusche wahrscheinlich halb gefüllt wie früher ist. Sie hält halb solange. Daher passt Preis Leistung leider gar nicht mehr. Sehr schade. I have only been using Estee Lauder eye products for about 15 years. Loved the Sumptuous Extreme mascara and recommended it to many women. Now we've all had the same experience that the mascara is probably half full as it was before. It lasts half as long. Therefore, the price / performance ratio is unfortunately no longer appropriate. It's a shame.

Also no compensation for the inconvenience that I didn't receive my package because of their mistake! And if you think it cannot get any worse, well I tried ordering again and the same thing happened! Stay away!!!!!
