Allerdings ist diese nie angekommen, da sie schon ausverkauft war! Habe dann kein Geld beim Umtausch zurück bekommen! Rund um war der Online Shop auch sehr schlecht bei der Kundenbetreuung, da ich teilweise 5 Tage auf eine Rückmeldung gewartet habe! Catastrophic care! Then I didn't get any money back with the exchange! All around, the online shop was also very bad at customer service, as I sometimes waited 5 days for a response!

Als wir in den Shop kamen, wurden wir bereits freundlich empfangen und eine Mitarbeiterin nahm sich unserer Anliegen an. Eifrig wurden Kombinationen zusammengestellt, welche ichvnur noch zu probieren brauchte. Da fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben und vorkommend behandelt. Sollte ich das Kontingent im Kleiderschrank noch weiter aufstocken, werde ich sicher wieder kommen. A complete restructuring of the wardrobe was necessary. So shop !!! When we got to the shop, we were welcomed in a friendly manner and an employee took care of our concerns. Combinations were eagerly put together which I only had to try. You feel that you are in good hands and treated appropriately. Should I increase the quota in the closet even more, I will definitely come back.

L	Leon Obermayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es seltsam, wenn man in ein Geschäft geht und die Angestellten dann für einen im Online-Shop bestellen müssen, weil zum Beispiel genau das gleiche weiße Hemd in dieser Größe kein zweites Mal lagernd ist. Auch bei anderen Standardkleidungsstücken so der Fall, dass keine weiteren im Shop lagernd sind. Da fragt man sich warum man sich eigentlich die Mühe macht und dorthin schaut. Das Ganze ist zum „anprobier später liefern Laden“ mutiert. I find it strange when you go into a store and the employees then have to order for you in the online shop, because, for example, the exact same white shirt in this size is not in stock a second time. It is also the case with other standard items of clothing that no other items are in stock in the shop. You ask yourself why you are actually bothering to look there. The whole thing has mutated into a "try on later delivery shop".
