J	Jenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optisch ansprechendes Geschäft, Kleidung wirkt auch super. Jedoch wird einem durch das unfreundliche Personal das Einkaufserlebnis total versaut! Nachdem schon vergessen wurde, den Sicherheitsmagneten zu entfernen(was ansich passieren kann), wurde sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Ein trockenes “Ahja” war die Antwort, nachdem man sie auf den Fehler hingewiesen hat, den man erst durch Zufall in einem anderen Geschäft, durch die Alarmsicherung, bemerkt hat. Freundliches Grüßen, geschweige denn Lächeln, sucht man hier vergebens... Schade um das schöne neue Geschäft. Visually appealing shop, clothes also look great. However, the unfriendly staff totally spoiled the shopping experience! After forgetting to remove the safety magnet (which can happen to itself), no apology was even given. A dry “Ahja” was the answer after you had pointed out the mistake that you only noticed by chance in another store, through the alarm system. You will look in vain for friendly greetings, let alone smiles ... It's a shame about the beautiful new business.
H	Hüttel Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abzocke!!! Haben uns am Samstag 07.08.2021 Nachmittag ein paar Kleidungsstücke gekauft! Bei der Kassa mit dem Handy am Terminal bezahlt. Laut Bedienung ging die Zahlung nicht durch , wir probierten es dann mit der Bankomatkarte. Laut Aussage Filialleitung ist dieses Problem schon öfters gewesen das mit dem Handy das nicht funktioniert. Für uns etwas komisch gewesen, da die Zahlung mit dem Handy bereits auch verbucht wurde. Der Herr Filialleiter meinte aber die Zahlung sei abgebrochen. Nun heute Dienstag 10.08. wurde mir beide Zahlungen Handy und Karte abgebucht. Als ich nun den Herrn Filialleiter kontaktierte und vorab einen Screenshot meiner Bank App sendete erhielt ich plump eine Aussage es sei alles korrekt abgelaufen es wurde einmal abgebucht der Fehler müsse an unserer Bank liegen. Wahnsinn!!!!!! Rip off!!! Bought us some clothes on Saturday August 7th, 2021 afternoon! Pay at the cash desk with your mobile phone at the terminal. According to the waitress, the payment didn't go through, so we tried the ATM card. According to the branch management, this problem has often been that the cell phone does not work. It was a bit strange for us because the payment with the cell phone was already booked. The branch manager said the payment had been canceled. Now today, Tuesday 10.08. I was debited both cell phone and card payments. When I contacted the branch manager and sent a screenshot of my bank app in advance, I received a clumsy statement that everything went correctly, it was debited once, and the error must be due to our bank. Insanity!!!!!!
