Von der Beratung bis hin zum Kauf der Maschine war wieder alles perfekt, wie beim Kauf meiner Eureka Specialita, sehr freundlich und kompetent abgelaufen. Vor allem die Erklärung der Technik ist von dem Mitarbeiter, der mich dieses Mal hervorragend betreut hat, zu erwähnen. Die Auswahl der Zubehörteile ist super. Ich möchte mich ganz herzlichst beim Espresso Kulturteam bedanken!!!!!!! I bought the Ascaso DUO PID machine on March 1st, 2022. From the consultation to the purchase of the machine, everything was perfect again, as with the purchase of my Eureka Specialita, very friendly and competent. Above all, the explanation of the technology by the employee, who looked after me excellently this time, deserves a mention. The selection of accessories is great. I would like to thank the Espresso Kulturteam from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!

Man merkt auch die Leidenschaft zu dem Produkt welches die Leute dort verkaufen und man ist echt gut aufgehoben dort. Auch auf Emails etc. wird schnell reagiert, Austausch einer verbogenen Sudlade funktionierte Problemlos und schnell per Post, so geht Kundenservice! Danke liebes Team ich werde euch weiter empfehlen und den Kampf um den perfekten Espresso mit der Bianca aufnehmen. ;) Top shop, super nice staff who respond to every question and are not immediately annoyed as it happens elsewhere. You also notice the passion for the product that the people sell there and you are in really good hands there. Emails etc. are also responded to quickly, replacing a bent brew drawer worked without any problems and quickly by post, that's how customer service works! Thank you, dear team, I will recommend you to others and take up the fight for the perfect espresso with the Bianca. ;)

S	Srdjan MItrovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying for business in Vienna and I stoped by this store, had a nice talk about coffee grinders and bought Coppion caffe. When I returned home to my country I observed the packing and found out that the coffee expired 6 months before, which was shocking that they don't regularly check this (like every month). I sent an email to the store, sent photos of everything and they explained that I need to come back to the store (1.500 km and 200 euro flight) and bring invoice. I explained that I am not used to keep original invoices month after purchase of food related products and that I will not be in Vienna for at least a year and proposed other method of refund of this relative small amount. In that moment it was not a matter of money, but principle. After that, they stoped answering. They just did not care. I now also now believe they sell the expired coffee to tourists on purpose, because they know that we could not do anything. So, buyers be aware.
