★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War das erste mal hier. Sehr nettes Personal, hilfsbereit und rücksichtig. Hatte 20 cent zu wenig, aber der Chef war nicht wütend, sondern meinte, dass ich beim nächsten mal einfach genug mitbringen soll. Außerdem steht der Preis bei Benutzung der PCs genau über diesen auf der Wand. Habe nur Lob auszurichten an "das Druckhaus".
 Was the first time here. Very nice staff, helpful and considerate. Had 20 cents too little, but the boss was not angry, but said that next time I should just bring enough. In addition, the price when using the PC is exactly above this on the wall. Just to praise to "the printing house".

Quality and express service are very important here. Despite the need for express pressure under time pressure, I received perfect help here as always. The staff is definitely from the field and the advice was impeccable. I would like to thank the Druckhaus company for their great performance and look forward to working with them again this year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices were unbelievably high. For a color print, I paid 1,5 euro per page, which was unreasonably high.
The person working there was very very slow and was talking on the phone most of the time to ask where he should click next, so a task which normally would have taken 15 min took 1 hour. For this poor job, he charged me 6 euro for administrative work!
At the end, the person in charge just throw out a price randomly and said my prints cost 34 euro but when I asked him for details and recalculated it, it costed 30 euro. I felt like I've got robbed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I can give -5 stars or more.. the price is unreasonable high. Just bringing your own USB they will charge you 1€ for using the computer.. after printing some pages he told me the price was 45€ and then I asked for the details and he was like oh yeah here was wrong. This will be 34€.. still unreasonable high. Just read the other comments and I feel like telling a higher price first is his pattern.. so don't go there!! I feel robbed like seriously....
