Das Team ist sowohl zu älteren als auch zu jüngeren gegenüber höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich finde, dass sich das Klima und die Bearbeitung der Aufträge im Vergleich zu früher total ins positive verändert hat.
Was mir sehr am Herzen liegt ist, dass man sich in dieser Filiale persönlich wohl fühlt.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the branch manager once again for the quick and competent processing. The team is polite, courteous and helpful towards both older and younger people. I think that the climate and the processing of orders have changed completely for the better compared to before.
What is very important to me is that you feel personally at home in this branch.
