Sie finden nur Automaten mit denen Sie sprechen dürfen.... somit absolut unzulänglich! Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!! :( They don't even take off during opening hours ... there is absolutely no service available ... You will only find vending machines with which you can speak ... so absolutely inadequate! Not recommendable! :(

Und wenn meine Freundin mit meiner bankomatkarte geld einzahlen will geht das auch nicht weil nur der kontoinhaber geld auf sein Konto einzahlen kann. Völlig unlogisch! Wozu brauche ich euch eigentlich noch? Es gibt viel billigere Banken mit besseren Konditionen. The opening times are a bad joke !!! And if my girlfriend wants to deposit money with my ATM card, that doesn't work because only the account holder can deposit money into his account. Completely illogical! What do I actually need you for? There are much cheaper banks with better terms.

Try since! !! 4 weeks !!! Installing internet banking is sent from branch to hotline and from hotline to branch in a circle ... Customer service?

Dies wurde auch dem Angestellten bzw ich glaube es was sogar der Filialleiter vorgeführt, also hat er gesehen dass es nicht funktioniert. Dann wurde ich gefragt ob er diese Änderung meines Dauerauftrags durchführen soll--natürlich ich bitte darum! Leider wurde ich nicht darüber aufgeklärt das dies €3,80 kostet! Wird einfach abgebucht. Schlimm genug das ich diese Transaktion bezahlen muss obwohl ich ja nur kam weil es online nicht möglich war, wurde die Transaktion leider ohne Erfolg geändert. Denn leider wurde das Geld nicht wie vereinbart am 10. abgebucht. €3,80 für nichts. DANKE! This branch is an absolute cheek. I came because my online banking was not working!
