S	Susanne Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, dass die Wiener Filiale erstens sehr schlecht sortiert und das Personal auch überhaupt nicht zuvorkommend ist.. in Tulln und Wels ist das ganz anders... wenn in Wien etwas noch in der Schachtel ist bekommt man zur Antwort, dass man allein sei und man könne ja in einigen Tagen wiederkommen.... nein danke!!!! Too bad that the Viennese branch is very poorly sorted and the staff is not courteous at all .. in Tulln and Wels it is completely different ... if there is still something in the box in Vienna you get the answer that you are alone and you could come back in a few days .... no thanks !!!!

Die markenauswahl ist sehr gehoben, dementsprechend auch die Preise. Trotzdem, wenn man Top Produkte möchte ist man hier richtig aufgehoben. Great business with great goods and extremely nice employees. I would personally appreciate more discount campaigns. The selection of brands is very upscale, and so are the prices. Nevertheless, if you want top products you are in the right place here.
T	Tina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht vergleichbar mit der tadellosen Filiale in wr. Neustadt! Die Abverkaufsecke gleicht einem Schlachtfeld, alles liegt kreuz und quer! Schabracken um (immer noch 80 Euro) liegen verknuddelt in einer Schütte anstatt zu hängen, die Trensen (von Kratzern geprägt) mitten unter Sporen und anderem Metallkram. Die eine Mitarbeiterin ist komplett überfordert mit Kassa und Telefon, eine Beratung kann sie deshalb auch gar nicht durchführen. Ich war enttäuscht da meine Erwartungen nach dem Besuch in Wr. Neustadt entsprechend hoch waren. Schade! Not comparable to the impeccable branch in wr. Neustadt! The sales corner is like a battlefield, everything is all over the place! Saddle pads around (still 80 euros) lie in a chute instead of hanging, the bridles (marked by scratches) in the middle of spurs and other metal stuff. One employee is completely overwhelmed with the cash desk and telephone, so she cannot give advice. I was disappointed with my expectations after visiting Wr. Neustadt were correspondingly high. Pity!

Mit meinem sohn (8wochen), meiner tochter (2jahre) und meiner größten(knapp 5 jahre) fuhr ich also in die Filiale in stadtlau. Dort erklärte man mir, wir könnten heute keine reitausrüstung kaufen (geburtszagsgeschenk für die große), da sie nur futter verkaufen wegen der coronakrise. Ich sagte ich habe ja extra vor einer stunde angerufen und gefragt. Na offen hätten sie ja eh- war die antwort Fortan werde ich wieder bei Amazon bestellen, die österreichische Wirtschaft würde ich gerne unterstützen aber nicht unter diesen Bedingungen! I called extra in the morning today and asked if it was open, I wasn't sure about the corona crisis ... yes. I was told open until 1 p.m. So with my son (8 weeks), my daughter (2 years) and my tallest (almost 5 years) I went to the branch in Stadtlau. There they told me that we couldn't buy riding equipment today (birthday present for the big ones) because they only sell feed because of the corona crisis. I said I called and asked extra an hour ago. Well, frankly, they would have been the answer From now on I will order from Amazon again, I would like to support the Austrian economy but not under these conditions!
