Unser Vermieter hat im November 2018 eine neue Wohnungstür bei Blakaj bestellt
Nach der ersten Bestandsaufnahme bekamen wir über 4 Monate nichts mehr von der Firma zu hören...
Im März dann die Rückmeldung: Leider ist eine weitere Besichtigung notwendig - also zurück zum Start
In den letzten 4 Monaten hat diese Firma anscheinend keinen einzigen Finger gerührt
Weder wurde ich oder mein Vermieter zwischendurch kontaktiert bzw. über mögliche Verzögerungen informiert noch wurde die Bestellung in irgendeiner Form weiterbearbeitet
Am 15.Mai wurde die Tür dann endlich geliefert und eingebaut
Nur leider wurden keine Türgriffe dazu bestellt – wer braucht die schon?
Dadurch besteht jetzt eine erhöhte Einbruchsgefahr und außerdem würde, laut Konsumentenschutz, die Versicherung im Falle eines tatsächlichen Einbruchs sehr wahrscheinlich nicht für den Schaden aufkommen
Ich kann nur hoffen, dass die Montage der Türgriffe jetzt nicht wieder 4 Monate dauern wird

Our landlord has ordered a new apartment door at Blakaj in November 2018
After the first inventory, we did not hear from the company for more than 4 months ...
In March then the feedback: Unfortunately, another visit is necessary - so back to the start
Apparently, this company has not touched a single finger in the last 4 months
Neither I nor my landlord was contacted in between or informed about possible delays nor was the order processed in any way
On May 15, the door was finally delivered and installed
Unfortunately, no door handles were ordered - who needs them?
As a result, there is now an increased risk of burglary and, in addition, according to consumer protection, the insurance would most likely not pay for the damage in the event of an actual collapse
I can only hope that the assembly of the door handles will not take another 4 months
Never again!
